综合利用水库财务型投入产出预测模型及应用

为了消除市场经济条件下综合利用水库资金管理方面存在的不足，在建立综合利用水库会计系统与投入产出分析方法之间一一对应关系的基础上，设计了综合利用水库财务型投入产出表；在讨论财务型投入产出表编制原则的基础上，建立了利用基期财务投入产出表获得预测期财务型投入产出表的模型，并以某综合利用水库为例验证了模型和方法的可行性和有效性。

Financial Input-output Prediction Model for Multi-purpose Reservoir and Its Application

In order to eliminate the deficiencies of capital management of multi purpose reservoirs under market economy condition, a financial input output table for multi purpose reservoirs is designed based on establishing the relationship between the accounting system of the reservoirs and input output analysis method. Based on discussing the programming principles of the table, a model used to obtain input output table of prediction period by using the reference period table, is established. Finally, taking a certain multi purpose reservoir for example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are checked.
