| 摘 要： | 为适应北方干旱缺水牧区灌溉节水节能技术措施推广工作的需要，该文提出应用层次分析法对适宜推广的节水节能技术措施，进行综合评价的分析模型，并对模型的正确性与可靠性进行了验证。为决策部门实现定量化决策，因地制宜推广灌溉节水节能技术措施，提供了较为科学的方法和依据。

| Abstract: | This paper developed a comprehensive evaluatron model by using of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)for demand of Spreading the water and energy saving measures in the acid and warer shortage area irrigation of the north of China. The reality and reliability of the model has been bested by a case study. The model provided a Scientific method and basis for a quantitative dicision makins of Spreading the water and energy'saving measures according to the local conditions. |
