培养基组分对蓝莓组培苗移栽存活的影响

摘    要:以增殖培养获得的兔眼蓝莓组培苗为材料,采用分别添加0、0.10、0.25、1.00 mg/L ZT和0.20 mg/L IBA的改良WPM培养基对其进行壮苗培养8周,于移栽40 d后调查不同培养基中组培苗的存活率。结果表明,随着加入ZT浓度的升高,蓝莓组培苗的平均移栽成活率呈现先增加后降低趋势,以改良WPM+0.10 mg/L ZT为最优的壮苗培养基,组培苗生长快,长势均匀、健壮,移栽40 d后,最高存活率达90.0%以上,平均为88.7%。

Abstract:The tissue culture multiplied plantlets of blueberry(Vaccinium ashei) was used as materials.The vigorous blueberry plantlet culture was carried out for eight weeks in modified WPM medium with different concentrations of zeatin(ZT)(0-1.0 mg/L) and 0.20 mg/L indolyl butyric acid(IBA).The survival rate of cultured plantlets was investigated on 40 days after transplanting.The results showed that with increase in ZT concentration,the average survival rate of cultured plantlets was increased initially,following b...
