| 摘 要： | 采用田间、盆栽试验及室内化验分析相结合的方法 ,探讨锰锌俱缺土壤上 ,施锰锌肥的作用效果及施肥后土壤中锰锌变化和小麦对锰锌的吸收利用反应。结果表明 ,在陕西省锰锌俱缺土壤上 ,锰锌肥配施可显著提高小麦产量 ,田间平均增产 13.4% ,盆栽增产达 39.8% ,均明显优于对照及单施锰锌的增产效果 ;锰锌俱缺土壤上 ,补给锰锌营养 ,能同时促进作物对锰锌的吸收 ;土娄土对锰锌有较强的固定作用 ,施入土壤中的锰有 5 3.8%～72 .4%转换成植物不易吸收的易还原态锰 ,而 DTPA - Mn增加甚微 ,故盆栽试验施锰 1g/kg,小麦未见明显毒害。

| Abstract: | Method of the field and pot experiment and chemical analysiss were adopted to study the effects of Mn Zn fertilizer application on winter wheat in Mn Zn lack soil,and the changes of Mn Zn content in soil and plant.The experiment results show that in lack of Mn and Zn soil,the combined application of Mn Zn fertilizer can increase wheat yield.Wheat yield can increase 13.4% and 39.8% in field and pot experiments respectively.The yield is obviously more than 7.1% and 5.5% for single application of Mn or Zn;in Mn Zn lack soil,supplementary Mn Zn nutrient can promote plant absorption of Mn Zn;loess soil has intense fixed reaction on Mn Zn. |
