摘    要:在简易贮藏条件下用静电场处理红星苹果,能有效地保持果实在贮藏期的硬度和可溶性固形物含量,提高红星苹果的贮藏品质,延长果实的寿命,增加红星苹果的经济效益。试验方法简便易行,有实用价值。

Abstract:Starking was treated by the static electric field under simple condition in the test. The results indicate that the static electric field can remarkably preserve the rigidity and the resoluble solid content of starking during storage and improve the storage quality of starking, prolong the life period of the fruit and increase economic benefit. The testing method is simple and applicable.
