吉林省水稻优质育种目标及发展方向

本文分析了吉林省水稻推广品种的品质现状，明确了吉林省育成品种稻米品质与国家一级优质米标准的差距主要是垩白米率高，垩白大和直链淀粉含量高，同时根据国内外对稻米品质性状的遗传研究结果提出了吉林省优质食用品种的育种方法及各项品质性状的选择目标。对于今后优质米品种的选育方向，作者认为，必须高产与优质相结合，优质与抗病相结合及优质与耐冷相结合。

Discussion and imagination on high-quality breeding aim of rice in Jilin province

It was analysed that the condition of quality in rice popularizing varieties in Jilin province.It was clear that:Our breeded varieties were different from country's first-grade level;the high race of chalk;big chalk and high straight-chain starch.At the same time,It raised the breeding ways to good edible varieties and selective aim for every shape and property according to the results of the heredity research to home and foreign rice quality,shape and property.To breeding direction for good variety in the future,the writer thinks that we must combine high yield with good quality;good quality with disease-resistant;good quality with cold-resistant.
