| 摘 要： | 猪肉等食品中"瘦肉精"--克伦特罗残留会对人体产生极大危害,我国政府已明令禁止生产、销售和使用"瘦肉精"等药物,但是近年来"瘦肉精"中毒事件屡有发生。文章对目前国内外克伦特罗检测方法进行综述,并指出各种方法的优缺点。

| Abstract: | Clenbuterol residues in food are harmful to human.Our government has banned the production,sale and use of clenbuterol,but poisoning event of clenbuterol happened frequently in recent years.Detection methods of clenbuterol was reviewed in this paper. |
