| 摘 要： | 采用半定量RT—PCR方法对1月龄和6月龄大白猪，1月龄野猪Krox20基因的表达规律进行研究，并且还检测猪脂肪细胞和不同月龄大白猪脂肪组织Krox20基因的表达情况。结果表明Krox20基因在大白猪和野猪的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃等12个组织中均有表达；各组织间表达存在差异，在心、肝、脂肪组织中高表达；1月龄大白和1月龄野猪Krox20的表达模式基本相同，不存在种属特异性；Krox20基因在不同时期的脂肪组织的表达随日龄的增加而降低，9月龄表达量最低；脂肪细胞水平的研究中，在前脂肪细胞中未检测到Krox20的表达，只有在诱导之后的5h内，检测到Krox20的瞬时表达。 |

| Abstract: | The expression of Krox20 gene of Yorkshire in 1,6 months and Wild boar in 1 month were analyzed by using semi-quantitative RT-PCR method and detected in adipocyte and adipose tissue.The results showed that Krox20 gene was expressed in heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach,large intestine,small intestine,fat,ovary,uterus,muscle;The expression level of Krox20 gene was different in the detected tissues,it was highly expressed in heart,liver,fat;The expression mode of 1 month Yorkshire and Wild boar were simil... |
