| 摘 要： | 主要探讨应用Charm Ⅱ放射免疫分析方法检测鸡肉中青霉素类药物残留。确定制样和控制点设定的方法,评价了免疫反应体系的灵敏度和特异性,验证了青霉素类药物最大残留限量的检测稳定性。90min可出检测结果。

| Abstract: | Rapid detection of penicillin residues in chicken by Charm II Radioimmunoassay was studied. Extraction procedure for chicken and control point are confirmed.The immtmoassay sensitivity and specificity of this competitive system are discussed.The stability of detection for maximum residue limit is validated.The whole detection process could be finished within 90min. |
