植物生长调节剂对油茶容器苗生长发育的影响研究

摘    要:为了探讨不同植物生长调节剂对油茶嫁接容器苗生长发育的影响,找出对油茶幼苗生长发育具有较好效果的植物生长调节剂。采用920赤霉素、复硝酚钾、绿多收、催芽先锋4种植物生长调节剂在油茶容器苗生长期进行试验。结果表明:①抽梢率:920赤霉素对油茶幼苗有抑制作用,复硝酚钾、绿多收、催芽先锋有促进作用;②抽梢长度:以绿多收效果最好,梢长均值为5.42cm,个体最大抽梢长度为12.80cm。总体来说,在选择以上植物生长调节剂中,绿多收对油茶幼苗生长具有良好的促进作用。

Abstract:The four plant growth regulators of 920 gibberellic aicd,postassium nitrohenolate,Lvduoshou,germination were used in growth period of Camellia Oleifera Abel.seedlings in containers.In order to discuss different plant growth regulators that effect on grafting and container-growing seedlings growth which find out better one.The results showed: ①shooting ratios of 920 gibberellic aicd can refrain from growth of Camellia Oleifera Abel;another can stimulated it;②Lvduoshou is best of promote growth in shooting length,the branch was 5.42 cm,the best length was 12.80 cm.Generally,Lvduoshou had a good role in promoting the growth of Camellia Oleifera Abel.seedlings.
