赤霉素对不同光温条件下洋桔梗幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:对洋桔梗幼苗叶面喷施不同浓度的赤霉素(GA),分别置于不同光温条件下进行栽培,观测洋桔梗幼苗的生长情况。结果表明:在200-800 mg/L范围GA能促进洋桔梗幼苗茎伸长、增粗,叶面积增大。在同浓度GA水平下,光强1 800 lx、日长24 h、温度25℃条件下洋桔梗幼苗的生长状况比光强600-800 lx、日长13 h、15-17℃条件下好,并以浓度200 mg/L效果最佳。

Abstract:The seedlings of Eustoma grandiflorum sprayed with different concentration GA were cultivated in different light and temperature conditions,and their growth situation was observed.The results showed that 200~800 mg/L GA could promote the elongation and enlargement of stem and increase the leaf area of Eustoma grandiflorum seedlings.At the same concentration level of GA,the seedlings grew better under the light intensity of 1 800 lx,day length of 24 h and temperature of 25℃ than that under the light intensity of 600~800 lx,day length of 13 h and temperature of 15~17℃,and 200 mg/L GA was the optimum one.
