地被菊快速繁殖的培养基研究

摘    要:用含不同浓度的NAA、6-BA的培养基对15个地被菊品种的叶片进行快速繁殖研究,筛选出地被菊叶片诱导和分化培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg.L-1+NAA 0.5 mg.L-1;最佳增殖培养基是1/2MS;用含不同浓度的NAA对地被菊品种的试管苗进行生根研究,筛选出1/2MS是地被菊的生根培养基。即增殖培养基和生根培养基都用1/2MS,简化了培养基,且长出的幼苗茎粗状、叶片大、叶色浓绿、生长快,增殖系数较高。

Abstract:The leaf explants of 15 cultivars of ground-cover chrysanthemum for rapid propagation were studied with media containing NAA and 6-BA of different concentrations.The results indicated that the media of inducement and differentiation were MS+6-BA 2.0 mg·L-1+ NAA 0.5 mg·L-1.The best proliferation media were 1/2 MS(no hormones).The rooting condition of plantlets of different cultivars of ground-cover chrysanthemum in tubes were studied with NAA of different concentration,showing that 1/2MS was the rooting medium of ground-cover chrysanthemum.1/2MS was both proliferation medium and rooting medium.Through medium simplification,the multiplication coefficient was higher,the seedling and stem grew rapidly and strongly.
