山药零余子组织培养及培养过程中过氧化物酶活性研究

摘    要:对铁棍山药零余子进行离体培养,研究其在脱分化和再分化过程中过氧化物酶活性的变化。结果表明,铁棍山药零余子形成愈伤组织的条件以暗培养,MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA2.0mg/L培养基的效果较好;愈伤组织再分化成苗的条件以光培养,MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L培养基的效果为佳。铁棍山药零余子分化过程中过氧化物酶活性的变化与外部形态变化相关性较强,可以作为分化过程中的标志酶。

Abstract:Studies on the tissue culture of bubil explants of iron stick yams and the changes of the peroxidase activity were during differentiation showed that the efficiency of forming calli was better with the hormone combination of MS 6-BA 2.0mg/L NAA 2.0mg/L in dark conditions. The redifferentiation efficiency of calli was better with hormone combination of 6-BA 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L in light conditions. The changes of peroxidase activity during differentiation of iron stick yams were interralated with outer morphological changes. It can be regard as symbol enzyme during differentiation.
