摘    要:本文研究了大草蛉雌性生殖系统发育的解剖学、组织学变化及卵巢发育过程中核酸、蛋白质、磷脂等含量的变化,根据这些变化特征,将其发育划分为5级,并调查了第3代大草蛉雌成虫各级的消长与其在棉田内落卵量的关系,分析探讨了其在预测预报上的应用.

Abstract:This article deals with the changes of the anatomy, histology of the reproductive system and the contents of nucleic acid, protein, phospholipid etc.in the ovary. The development of female reproductive system of Chrysope septemponctata was divided into 5 grades.The relation betWeen the quantitative changes of the 5 grades of the 3rd generation and theegg production in the cotton fields was investigated and its application to prediction was also analysed.
