优质小麦品种产量与品质性状选择策略

摘    要:采用全籽粒品质分析及高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基测定方法分析了11个新育成的小麦新品种(系)的品质性状,并结合产量性状以小偃22为产量对照,以小偃6号为优质对照进行比较。结果表明5个小麦新品系产量比对照增产显著。8个小麦新品系品质性状SDS沉降值优于对照并达优质专用面包麦指标。其中98(7)13-0-1-14,95-(3)0-44-0-3,95(3)0-8-3-6,94(1)-25-10-4既增产显著又达到优质指标。从而为高产优质小麦品种(系)的高代决选提供了一种可行的方法。

Abstract:Yields and qualities of eleven varieties were compared with xiaoyan 22 and xiaoyan 6,each other was investigated by using determination of full-grains. The result showed that yields of five varieties were more than that of xiaoyan 22,and SDS sedimentation Volumes of eight new varieties were more than that of xiaoyan 6. 85(7)13-0-1-4,95(3)-0-44-0-3,95(3)0-8-3-6 and 94(1)25-10-4 were both high yields and good qualities,it proved that this method is feasible for selecting high yield and good quality wheat variety.
