摘    要:为全面了解某海底天然气管道的运行状况,保证天然气海管的安全运行,通过建立天然气海底管道仿真模型和腐蚀预测模型,分别对水露点含水量状态和饱和含水量状态下的不同典型工况进行分析,得出了天然气海管流动参数分布规律、流型、积液量、水合物生成以及管道腐蚀情况。结果表明:在两种含水状态下,海管运行参数均在设计范围之内,且均无水合物生成;水露点含水量状态下积液量几乎为0,管内流型为单相流,仅立管处有轻微腐蚀;饱和含水量状态下积液量较大,管内流型为分层流,整个管道均会发生中度腐蚀。该分析结果可为海底天然气管道采取有效的防护措施提供参考依据。

Abstract:: To fully understand the operations of a subsea gas pipeline and ensure the safety of the pipeline, simulation model and corrosion prediction model are established to analyze different typical operating conditions under water dew point and saturation moisture contents. Distribution of flow parameters, flow pattern, effusion, hydrate formation and corrosion of the pipeline are acquired. Results show that no hydrate is formed and the operating parameters of the pipeline are within the scope of design under both moisture contents. In particular, under water dew point moisture content, the effusion is near zero, the flow pattern in pipe is single-phase flow and there exists only a slight corrosion at the riser. Under saturation moisture content, the effusion is greater, the flow pattern in pipe is stratified flow and there exists moderate corrosion in entire pipeline. The results can provide a reference to the effectively protecting the subsea gas pipeline.
