川气东送管道站场ESD系统误触发原因及对策

摘    要:紧急关断系统(ESD)是输气站场自动化系统的重要组成部分,其可靠性与设备自身、外部供电情况等因素有关。以近几年川气东送输气管道沿线站场ESD误触发事故为例,对川气东送管道沿线各输气站场ESD系统误触发事件进行整理、分析,得出ESD外部供电系统异常是ESD误触发的主要原因;从ESD系统上级供电、同级负载及下级负载等方面,对导致ESD系统误触发的设备因素、人为因素、设计因素进行分析,提出防范措施。将防范措施推广应用于川气东送各站场,验证了其能够明显提高ESD系统在应用过程中的可靠性。

Abstract:Emergence shutdown system (ESD) is a critical part of automation system in a gas compressor station. Its reliability depends on the equipment itself, external power supply and other elements. Taking the gas compressor stations along Siehuan to Eastern China Gas Transmission Pipeline as an example, the ESD false triggering incidents in recent years are sorted and analyzed. It is found that abnormal external power supply is a predominant contributor to these incidents. Besides, any potential equipment, human and design factors are investigated from the aspects of upstream power, equivalent load and downstream load. Accordingly, some preventive measures are proposed. Application in the gas compressor stations along Sichuan to Eastern China Gas Transmission Pipeline proves that these measures help to greatly improve the reliability of ESD.
