氟对家蚕胚胎培养细胞毒性的研究

摘    要:用细胞培养的方法,研究了氟对家蚕胚胎培养细胞的毒性。测得培养液中氟对细胞的半致死剂量(LD_(50))为21.63ppm,最大致死剂量(LD_(90))为56.94ppm,最小致死剂量(LD_(10))为8.22ppm。当培养液中氟浓度为LD_(50)时,家蚕胚胎培养细胞的死亡率与培养时间的关系为:Y(细胞死亡率)=0.1505X(培养时间)—0.0187,相关系数r=0.9966。同时还测定了氟对培养细胞增殖度的影响。为研究和防治家蚕氟中毒提供了依据。

Abstract:Using cell culturing technique, the toxicity induced in cultured silkworm embryo cells by fluoride has been studied. The fluoride lethal doses are that LD50 is 21. 63 ppm (median lethal dose), LD90(maximum lethal dose)is 56. 94 ppm and LD10(minimum lethal dose)is 8. 22ppm. Under the fluoride concentration of LD50 in culture solution,the dead percentage (Y)of cultured silkworm embyro cells is a linear function of culturing time(X),that is:Y=0. 1505x -0. 0187,r = 0. 9966. Meanwhile the effect of fluoride on proliferation of cultured cells is measured.
