浙江省食用菌循环生产模式剖析

摘    要:浙江省食用菌生产总量不断增长,栽培区域不断拓展,特色优势布局形成,循环生产和集约化生产已成为浙江食用菌产业发展的核心竞争力和发展方向。充分利用食用菌的优势,发展循环生产,对食用菌产业转型升级、产业的可持续发展和建设生态高效农业都具有十分重要的现实意义。确定重点区域,突出主导品种,建设循环生产示范区,创新循环生产模式,做好产业间的衔接规划,培育实施主体,加大对关键技术的攻关研究和政策扶持力度,以促进食用菌产业稳定发展。

Abstract:The total yeild of mushroom production in Zhejiang Province continues to increase,and the special advantages layout were formed.Circulation production and intensive production had become the core competence and direction for development of Zhejiang mushroom industry.Making full use of the advantages of mushroom had a very important practical significance for mushroom industry transformation and upgrading,the sustainable development of industry and eco-efficient agriculture.Determining the key areas and dominant species,constructing revolving production demonstration area and innovativing cycle production mode were the important points.The key technology study and policy support were strengthened to promote the stable development of mushroom industry.
