| 摘 要： | 本试验对一个珍稀食用菌品种姬松茸进行了母种培养基和原种培养基的筛选。从菌丝的长势、长速、均一性等方面对4种母种培养基和4种原种培养基的菌丝生长情况进行了比较。结果表明:姬松茸母种的最适培养基配方(1L)为干粪草料200.0 g,KH2PO4 3.0 g,MgSO4 1.5.0 g,VB1 2片,大豆蛋白胨3.0 g,葡萄糖20.0 g,琼脂20.0 g;姬松茸原种的最适培养基配方为棉籽壳86%,麦麸12%,石灰2%。
