摘    要:对影响冰草成熟胚组培再生体系频率的2个因素——基因型和脱落酸(ABA)进行了研究,以期为当前冰草的基因转化提供最佳的再生体系。研究表明,在相同的培养条件下,4个基因型(品种)冰草成熟胚愈伤组织诱导能力和分化能力有明显的差异,4个基因型中以蒙古冰草成熟胚在愈伤组织诱导、分化等方面表现最佳,愈伤组织诱导率和分化率分别达到95%和72%,是遗传转化的良好受体材料;继代培养基中附加0.3mg/L脱落酸(ABA)可以明显改善冰草成熟胚愈伤组织状态,增加胚性愈伤组织率,从而提高分化率。
