摘    要:对巴西香蕉幼苗分别喷施0.3%壳聚糖、5 mol/L甜菜碱、0.3%壳聚糖5 mol/L甜菜碱后置于低温环境下培养24 h,研究了壳聚糖和甜菜碱对香蕉幼苗抗寒性的影响.结果表明:壳聚糖和甜菜碱无论单剂处理还是混合处理均能有效增加低温胁迫下香焦幼苗叶片中的可溶性蛋白质含量、提高束缚水/自由水比值,减少细胞膜过氧化产物MDA的积累,从而增加对细胞水分的束缚能力,减轻低温对细胞膜的伤害,提高香焦幼苗的抗寒能力.其中以0.3%壳聚糖与5 mol/L甜菜碱混合预处理的效果最佳.

Abstract:The effect of betaine and chitosan on cold resistance of banana seedlings which were treated with 0.3%CTS,5 mol/L BT and 0.3%CTS 5 mol/L BT under low temperature was studied.The results indicated that the protein content and bound water/ free water were increased,the MDA and injury ratio were decreased through treated either with 0.3%CTS,5 mol/L BT or with 0.3%CTS 5 mol/L BT,thus the ability of cell to bind water and the ability of cold resistance of banana seedling were enhanced.The best scheme of drug was 0.3% CTS 5 mol/L BT,which was better than other scheme.
