基于AMESim的涡轮增压迟滞效应数值模拟及优化设计

摘    要:为研究涡轮增压迟滞效应的影响因素,采用AMESim建立某车型涡轮增压发动机的几何模型,用数值求解压力方程组、焓流量方程组和涡轮输出转矩方程组的方法对其进行了模拟,计算得到了不同影响因数下的平均有效压力(BMEP)曲线。结果表明,发动机转速及涡轮本体的A/R值对涡轮迟滞效应都有影响;A/R值越大,迟滞效应越明显;而A/R值不变时,发动机有一最小迟滞效应转速。

Abstract:In order to study the influence factors of turbocharged lag,the paper uses AMESim to build a turbocharged engine geometric model,which is simulated by numerical solution of the pressure equation,enthalpy flow rate equations and turbocharger output torque equations,and obtains the BMEP curve under different parameters.The results show that,the engine speed and turbine body's A/R value are all the effects of turbocharger lag;A/R value is more larger,the lag is more obvious;and when A/R value is unchanged,the ...
