河北省境内播娘蒿对苯磺隆抗药性研究初报

摘    要:采用盆栽法,以苯磺隆为供试药剂,以采自于河北省泊头市大鲁道村、石家庄市二十里铺、小安舍、小马村和藁城市堤上村5地点田间的播娘蒿种子为供试材料,初步测定了河北省境内的播娘蒿对苯磺隆的相对抗药性水平。试验结果表明,河北省境内的播娘蒿对苯磺隆已经产生了不同程度的相对抗药性,苯磺隆对二十里铺、小安舍、小马村、堤上村4地点的播娘蒿鲜重ED50相对抗性比倍数分别为1.13、37.29、8.51、22.76,苯磺隆对4地点的播娘蒿鲜重ED90相对抗性比倍数分别为1.14、195.06、101.74、129.67;同时苯磺隆对4地点的播娘蒿干重ED50相对抗性比倍数分别为1.10、32.93、8.06、22.97,苯磺隆对4地点的播娘蒿干重ED90相对抗性比倍数分别为1.07、176.97、90.94、114.02。试验表明,二十里铺的播娘蒿对苯磺隆尚未形成明显的抗性,小安舍、堤上村和小马村的播娘蒿对苯磺隆的抗药性已经达到高抗水平。

Abstract:The study adopted pot experiments method,using Tribenuron-methyl as the treatment agent and using Descurainia sophia seeds from Daludao village of Botou city,Ershilipu,Xiaoanshe,Xiaomacun villages of Shijiazhuang city and Dishangcun village of Gaocheng city in Hebei province as the treatment material,to preliminary study the resistance of Descurainia sophia to Tribenuron-methyl in Hebei province of China.According to the investigation,Descurainia sophia seeds from Daludao village of Botou city which never sprayed Tribenuron-methyl were the susceptible(S) biotypes,and others were the resistant(R) biotypes.The results showed that,the Descurainia sophia had formed different resistant level to Tribenuron-methyl in Hebei province.The fresh weight ED50 R/S values of Tribenuron-methyl of Ershilipu,Xiaoanshe,Xiaomacun and Dishangcun were 1.13,37.29,8.51 and 22.76 respectively,the fresh weight ED90 R/S values of Tribenuron-methyl of the four places were 1.14,195.06,101.74 and 129.67.At the same time,the dry weight ED50 R/S values of Tribenuron-methyl of the four places were 1.10,32.93,8.06,22.97 and the dry weight ED90 R/S values of Tribenuron-methyl of the four places were 1.07,176.97,90.94 and 114.02 respectively.In a word,the biotype in Ershilipu had not formed resistant to Tribenuron-methyl,and the biotypes in Xiaoanshe,Dishangcun and Xiaomacun were highly resistant to Tribenuron-methyl.
