区域生态安全与构筑我国21世纪国家安全体系的策略

区域生态安全因全球生态危机的加剧和其在国家安全中的重要地位而日益受到世界各国的广泛关注。本文在总结近年来国际国内研究成果的基础上 ,就区域生态安全的内涵、研究内容、评价方法等若干基本问题进行讨论 ,进而对构筑我国区域生态安全体系面临的问题和应对策略做了初步探讨。

Regional Ecological Security and the Establishment of National Security System of China in the 21st Century

Because of the severity of environment crisis all over the world and the important effect in national security, Regional ecological security was paid more and more attention by most of countries in the world. On the bases of international and domestic researches this paper discusses some basic questions of regional ecological security such as its conception, the content of study, the way of evaluation and so on. Furthermore, we discuss the severe position of our country's ecological security and bring forward some countermeasures in the course of building of Regional Ecological Security System of China.
