陕西省安康市野生食用菌资源调查及分析

为了解陕西省安康市所辖的9县1区野生食用菌的种类、生态分布和开发应用价值,通过近6年来的实地考察、走访,并结合地方相关的企事单位进行了解和统计,对安康市现有野生药/食用菌资源进行全面系统的调查分析。由调查分析得出:安康野生食用菌资源85种,包括子囊菌15种,担子菌70种,其每年总产量稳定在(6~10)×104t,且将有逐年上升趋势。其常见野生食用菌种类为红菇类、牛肝菌类、鸡油菌类、木耳类、侧耳类、蘑菇类、珊瑚菌类等7大类,产量排在前三位的分别是红菇类、牛肝菌、鸡油菌类。结果表明,安康地区野生食用菌资源种类多样、产量较高、品质优异,极具产业化开发利用的潜力。

Investigation and Analysis of Wild Edible Fungi Resource in Ankang Area of Shaanxi

In order to clarify wild edible fungus type,the ecology distribution and the development application value in Ankang area of Shaanxi in which includes 9 counties and 1 district,through the near for 6 years on-the-spot investigation,visits,and combining the understanding and the statistics of the place correlation units,the system investigation and analysis of wild drug/edible fungus resources in the whole city are carried on.The investigation results are that the wild edible fungus resources have 85 kinds,including the ascomycetes 15 kinds and the basidiomycetes 70 kinds in Ankang.Its ultimate output per year has steady between 60 000 and 100 000 t,with having the trend of escalation by year.Its common wild edible fungus type is Russula,Boletus,Cantharelloid,Auriculariaceae,Pleurotaceae,Tricholomataceae and Clavariaceae and so on.And its output arranged in the first three are respectively Russula,Boletus,Cantharelloid.Therefore,the conclusion is drew the wild edible fungus resources type diverse,the high output,the outstanding quality in Ankang area,has extremely potential of development and application.
