PCR技术基本原理教学方法

摘    要:分析了PCR第1至第6反应周期"长产物片段"与"短产物片段"类型、数量的变化,再用数学归纳法推导出第n个反应周期各种分子的数量。分析表明,PCR反应体系中的"长产物片段"有P,Q两种类型,"短产物片段"只有R一种类型;当循环数N=n时,Pn=2,Qn=Qn=2(n-2),Rn=2n-2n。将本分析方法用在教学中,有利于学生理解PCR的基本原理,教学效果理想。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the changes of types,numbers of "Long product segment" and "Short product segment" in the first to the sixth reaction cycle of Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR),and then deduces the number of all kinds of molecules in the first n reaction cycle with mathematical induction.Analysis shows "Long product segment" in the PCR system have two types P and Q,and "Short product segment" has only one type R.Use this analysis method in teaching can help students understand the basic principle of PCR,and the teaching effect is ideal.
