浅述乌龙茶空调做青技术及其改进策略

摘    要:做青温、湿度的控制对乌龙茶香气和滋味的形成具有重要作用。主要综述了乌龙茶做青的空调选择、空调做青技术及其在采用空调做青过程中温、湿度控制的重要性,并提出提高和稳定空调做青后乌龙茶品质的方法。

Abstract:Temperature and humidity manipulation is very important in formation of oolong tea about aroma and taste.In this paper,it has mainly reviewed on the air conditioner selection and manipulation technologies in Zuoqing,the importance of regulating temperature and humidity manipulation in the Zuoqing process.Furthermore,the paper advances a method that improving and stabling quality of oolong tea by air-conditional manipulation.
