摘    要:以榨汁后的沙棘果皮为原料,采用丙酮为萃取剂并以超声波为辅助条件,提取沙棘黄色素。经单因素和响应面优化设计试验,确定最佳提取工艺参数为:以丙酮为萃取剂,料液比为1∶20,超声时间32 min,超声功率385 W,粉碎度60目,此时吸光度达到最大值1.182,沙棘黄色素(以β-胡萝卜素计)得率达到163 mg/kg。

Abstract:The yellow pigment is extracted by using Seabuckthorn peel as raw material,acetone as extraction solvent,and supported by ultrasonic.Based on single factor experiment and response surface optimization design test,the optimum technology conditions are found as follows: ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶20,ultrasonic time is 32 min,ultrasonic power is 385 W,comminution degree is 60 mesh,in these conditions,the Absorbance to be maximizing 1.182,the yield of seabuckthorn yellow pigment(β-carotene calculation) is 81.6 mg/kg.
