| 摘 要： | 通过对山西省晋中市部分县食品加工厂、超市及农贸市场的食品安全现状进行调查,结果表明城乡消费者的食品安全意识差距明显,农贸市场发展规划不当,食品安全源头污染严重,农产品贮藏、运输条件欠佳等。因此,目前首要任务要加强食品安全法律、法规和标准体系的建设,加大对食品的财政投入和监管力度。

| Abstract: | Food processing plants,supermarkets and farmer’s market of Jinzhong city on food safety are investigated,and the results show that urban consumer is weak of food safety awareness,farmers market development plan improperly,the source of serious pollution of food safety,agricultural storage and transport environment is poor,and so on.Therefore,the current priority is strengthening food safety laws,regulations and standards,and increasing financial input and supervision of food. |
