摘    要:燕麦是我国重要农作物之一。它含有的β-葡聚糖,具有清肠,降胆固醇,调节血糖,提高免疫力等特殊生理功能,是一种非常理想的保健产品。综述了燕麦葡聚糖的提取纯化、功能性以及应用。

Abstract:Oat is one of the most important crop in our country.Oat β-glucan is a very ideal product of health protection, which includes the special circadian function of cleaning ntestines,depressing cholesterin,adjusting blood sugar,and enhancing immunity.So it is researched and developed by many experts.This article summarizeds about extraction, purification,function properties and application.
