高校开设食品营养与健康公选课的实践与探索

摘    要:在高校开设食品营养与健康公选课,既能提高大学生自身的健康,又能通过他们向家庭和全社会普及营养知识。因此,在高校开设食品营养与健康课程是非常必要的。在食品营养与健康公选课的教学过程中,要想取得良好的教学效果,首先任课教师要对公选课有一个正确的认识,其次要精选教学内容,此外要教法得当,要善于培养和激发学生的学习兴趣。

Abstract:Taking food nutrition and health as a public optional course in the university can improve the college students’ own health,and also spread the knowledge of nutrition to families and societies through them.Therefore,the course of food nutrition and health is very necessary in the university.To achieve good effects during instruction of the course,firstly teachers themselves should have a correct understanding,secondly they should select contents about the course carefully,and also they should have proper teaching methods which are help to cultivate and stimulate students’ interests in learning.
