超临界CO_2流体萃取燕麦麸皮中的生物碱

摘    要:生物碱是存在于植物体内的一类含氮有机化合物,具有抗氧化、降血脂、降血糖等生物活性。燕麦麸皮中含有较丰富的生物碱。本研究以燕麦麸皮为研究材料,采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术,选取萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间作为考察条件进行单因素试验和中心点设计响应面试验,对燕麦麸皮生物碱的提取条件进行优化。结果表明,压力、温度对生物碱提取的影响较大;燕麦生物碱的最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力21.2 MPa,萃取温度40.4℃,萃取时间1.46 h,萃取量达655.8μg/g。

Abstract:In this paper,the extraction of alkaloids from Oat is studied with CO 2-Supercritical Fluid extraction methond. Alkaloids are a class of nitrogen-containing organic compounds which are found in plants.Three factors including extraction pressure,temperature and time are selected as the single factor.The extraction conditions are optimized by response surface design with the central composite,and the yield of alkaloids is investigated.The results show that the pressure and temperature have significant effects on the yield of alkaloids.The optimum conditions of CO 2-SFE are: pressure 21.2 MPa,temperature 40.4 ℃,time 1.46 h for the extraction.Under those conditions,the yield of alkaloids is 655.8 μg/g.
