Cd胁迫对绿豆幼苗根部微量元素的影响

摘    要:研究了Cd胁迫下绿豆(Phaseolus raditus L.)幼苗根部微量元素的代谢。用浓度1μmol/L Cd2+模拟Cd污染,通过火焰原子吸收分光光度仪(FAAS)对根部微量元素Zn,Cu,Fe和Mn含量的变化进行了测定。与对照组相比,Cd处理组根中的Zn,Cu,Fe含量不同程度升高,Mn含量显著下降。Cd间接影响了植物的生长发育。

Abstract:The metobolism of microelement in the root of Phaseolus raditus L.is studied.By flame atomic absorption spectromentry(FAAS),the concentration of Zn,Cu,Fe and Mn in the root of mung bean seedlings at the initial stage of growth with cadmium stress(1 μmol/L) are monitored.It shows that the concentrations of Zn,Cu and Fe in the root are increased in different degree,respectively.But it significantly decreases in the concentration of Mn.Cd does harm,to the root of mung bean seedlings at the initial stage of growth.
