奶粉中L(-)-羟脯氨酸含量测定的不确定度评价

摘    要:采用分光光度法测定奶粉中L-羟脯氨酸的含量。通过对奶粉中的L-羟脯氨酸含量进行重复性测试后,建立其过程不确定度评价的数学模型,对检测过程中引入的不确定度进行了分类和量化,较为全面地评价了各个不确定度的分量,并提出该方法的不确定度评定结果,为评价L-羟脯氨酸测定结果的准确性和可靠性提供技术依据。

Abstract:The content of L-Hydroxyproline in milk power can be determined with spectrophotometry.An uncertainty assessment mathematic mode of determination of L-Hydroxyproline in milk power is established in this paper.The branch of uncertainty is quantified and synthesized before the result of assessment of the uncertainty concluded,which provides the effective and credible quality data for the quality control.
