| Abstract: | In order to develop innovative competence,on the basis of the course nature,to explore experimental teaching reform of food chemistry is raised about content of courses,teaching methods and assessment methods to students,which are aimed at conditional teaching contents and methods.Combined students’ interest and request of employers,it provides a reference to experimental teaching. |
