海产品微波杀菌装置关键参数设计

摘    要:海产品微波杀菌是一项新技术。针对试验目标,分析密闭加压水浴微波杀菌试验装置特点,提出微波波导正交布置设计方案,估算物料样品温度场分布,设计计算微波角锥喇叭天线,分析电场分布及微波在谐振腔中的能量传播、物料吸收功率,估算得到达到工艺要求的微波功率及其相关设计参数。研究结果可用于指导试验装置的研制。

Abstract:Microwave sterilization is a newly developed technology.In this paper,the features of a hermetically sealed heating system filled with compressed water are analyzed.According to the features,antenna,waveguide as well as magnetron used in the system are designed.And in order to achieve the uniformity of heating,a pair of antennas is used which are perpendicular to each other.Then based on the system,the EM-field in heating device is derived as a function of geometry of the material. The temperature distribution in the material is derived and elements such as the output power of the pair of magnetrons are designed to keep the temperature in the material within a given range.In the process mentioned above,absorptions of microwave in water and food material are considered.In this research,the goal of heating uniformity is achieved,and all of the parameters can be used as guides to the production of a prototype for experiment.
