| 摘 要： | 建立了菠菜中代森锰锌、丙森锌和福美双残留量的高效液相色谱分析方法。原理是使用碘甲烷甲基化后过中性氧化铝柱净化,使用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器进行测定。3种农药的定量下限均为0.05 mg/kg,线性范围0～2.0 mg/kg。添加水平25μg/kg时回收率为82%～107%,RSD小于5%。该方法选择性好、操作简单、重现性和准确度高。

| Abstract: | A screening method is proposed for the determination of mancozeb,propineb and thiram residues in spinach by neutral alumina column and high-performance liquid chromatography.The mancozeb,propineb and thiram of spinach sample, which is methylated by methyliodide,is extracted by the neutral alumina column and detected by high-performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector.The linearity of method is 0~2.0 mg/kg,and the LOQ of mancozeb,propineb and thiram are 0.05 mg/kg.The recoveries is 82%～107% at the level of 25 μg/kg into broccoli,and the RSD is 5%.This method is simple,high precision and accuracy. |
