蜂蜜中水分 果糖和葡萄糖的近红外定量分析模型

摘    要:采用近红外光谱(NIRS)技术和偏最小二乘回归(PLS)方法分别建立了蜂蜜中的水分、果糖和葡萄糖含量的近红外定量分析模型,并对模型进行评价和考察。结果表明,所建模型具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:The quantitative analysis models on water,fructose and glucose in honey are built based on near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) technique using partial least squares(PLS) method,and these models are evaluated and investigated.The results show that the models have some practicability.
