| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱法测定小麦中粉锈宁残留量。以丙酮提取小麦试样,然后转入二氯甲烷中。用硅镁吸附剂进行净化,以火焰离子化检测器检测.内标法定量。方法回收率在95％-98％,所得分析结果与已知值基本一致.测定误差在5％以内。

| Abstract: | To determine the remnant contend of triadimefon of wheat, the GC was used. The triadimefon was extracted from sample into acetone firstly, then it was shift to CH2Cl2 and with Si-Mg absorbent purify. The triadimefon in the sample determined with FID. The recovery of the method for triadimefon was in a rang of 95% -98%. The analysis results were in accord with known data. SD and CV of the method for triadimefon were 0 13 and 1.3%, respectively. |
