| Abstract: | Waxberry grows in the south of China. The fruit has abundant nutions which are essential to the health of man. Its fruit, leaf, kernel and bark have good medical and healthy function. The paper summarized the nutrition healthy and fresh -keeping technology of waxberry. The study provides a reliable basis for the development of waxberry. |
