牦牛胎盘抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:[目的]研究牦牛胎盘抗氧化的作用,为牦牛胎盘的开发利用提供理论依据。[方法]采集不同海拔高度牦牛的胎盘,将100只小鼠随机分为高海拔组、中海拔组、低海拔组和对照组,连续28d分别灌服不同海拔牦牛的胎盘粉溶液和生理盐水,然后快速处死小鼠,采集肝、肺、心肌、骨骼肌、脾脏和肾脏,分别测定各组织内T-SOD的活性和MDA的含量。[结果]高、中海拔的肝脏、各海拔的心肌和肾脏中T-SOD的活性与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05),高海拔的肺脏和高、中海拔的骨骼肌中T-SOD的活性与对照组相比差异极显著(P〈0.01);高、中海拔的骨骼肌和各海拔的肾脏中MDA的含量与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05),高、中海拔的肝和各海拔的肺脏中MDA的含量与对照组相比差异极显著(P〈0.01)。[结论]牦牛胎盘可以显著提高组织中T-SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,具有抗氧化的作用。

Study on Anti-oxidative Effect on Mice with the Plateau Yak Placenta Powder

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the anti-oxidative effect of the plateau yak placenta powder and provide theoretical basis for its utilization.[Method] Yak placenta powder in different elevations were collected.100 mice were randomly divided into high-elevation,middle-elevation,low-elevation groups and control group and were gavaged with different elevations' yak placenta powder solution and normal saline respectively in 28 days continuously.After 28 days,put mice to death rapidly and collect heat,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,skeleton muscle.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and the MDA contents in each organ were observed.[Result] The results showed that activity of T-SOD in liver of high,low elevation and in heart,kidney of three elevations has significant differences when compared with control group(P<0.05).The activity of T-SOD in lung of high elevation and in skeleton of high,middle elevation has extremely significant difference when compared with control group(P<0.01).The MDA content in skeleton of high,middle elevation and in kidney of each elevation has significant difference when compared with control group(P<0.05).The MDA content in liver of high,middle elevation and in lung of each elevation has extremely significant difference when compared with control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Yak placenta powder has good anti-aging effect by increasing SOD and GSH-Px activities and decreasing content of MDA in some organs of mice.
