| 摘 要： | ［目的］探讨部分根系施肥对剑麻植株和根系生长的影响。［方法］对龙舌兰麻H.11648珠芽进行砂培以获取剑麻幼苗，以剑麻幼苗为材料进行水培试验，进而研究部分根系施肥对剑麻植株和根系生长的影响。［结果］除Zn处理外，其他处理的施肥区域根系生长量均大于其对应对照。45 d后，除Zn处理外，其他处理的施肥区域根系干重均大于对照；全营养液处理的最大，为0.24 g；Zn处理的最小，仅为0.11 g。除Zn处理外，其他处理的施肥区域最长根长度均大于其对应对照。N、P、K、Ca、Mg和Zn处理的冠干重均大于对照，Zn处理的冠干重最小，仅为对照的21.66%；全营养液处理的冠干重最大，为对照的85.12%；Ca、K、Mg、P和N处理的冠干重分别为对照的63.09%、58.19%、58.00%、55.18%和33.71%。［结论］部分根系施肥对剑麻幼苗植株和根系的生长有一定影响。
