摘    要:黄花美冠兰是一种野生热带兰,具有重要的开发利用前景。在自然条件下,采用不同的肥料处理,观察黄花美冠兰生长发育的状况,并对种球干物质、种球横径大小进行了数理统计。结果表明:随着N、P、K和牛肥的增加,干物质增加。不同处理对黄花美冠兰干物质的影响,是磷肥〉钾HE〉氮肥〉牛肥。施N120~195kg/hm^2、P2O5 60-75kg/hm^2、K2O 150-165kg/hm^2、有机肥15~16.5t/hm^2时,黄花美冠兰种球的干物质含量较高。氮、钾、有机肥施用量与横径存在正相关关系,不同处理对种球的横径大小影响为,磷HE〉牛肥〉氮HE〉钾肥。黄花美冠兰种球大小与开花率成正相关性,种球越大,开花率越高。在施N150~180kg/hm^2、P2O5 45-60kg/hm^2、K2O 157.5~165kg/hm^2、牛肥18.75~19.5t/hm^2时,黄花美冠兰种球横径可达4.5cm以上。
