| 摘 要： | 为建立重组质粒DNA的快速鉴定方法，分别以阳性菌的菌斑，菌液的菌丝体以及质粒DNA为模板进行PCR鉴定重组质粒。结果表明：以菌斑或菌液的菌丝作为模板的PCR鉴定方法操作步骤便捷，结果可靠，可以作为重组质粒初步的筛选方法。

| Abstract: | In order to establish a rapid method to identify the recombinant plasmid, the methods of PCR with templates from different sources were studied. The results showed that PCR with templates from mycelia grown on surface of solid medium or in the liquid medium was anefficient, quick and simple method to detect the positive recombinant plasmid that can faciliatate further molecular operations in biological research. |
