| 摘 要： | 利用全光自动喷雾扦插育苗装置，采有ＡＢＴ生根粉及吲哚丁酸处理插穗，进行银杏、紫柳、色赤杨３个绿化树种半木质化嫩枝扦插试验，结果表明，各树种生根率分别为：银杏９５％、紫柳３５％、色赤杨２９％。为加快绿化树种的良种繁育步伐，降低育苗成本，提供了切实可行的无性繁殖方法。

| Abstract: | By using full-light automatic spray equipment, experiments of cuttings of semi-lignification tender branches of 3 greening tree species-Ginkgo biloba, Salix purpurea and Alnus tinctoria were carried out .The results showed that: the rhizoge- nic rate of each tree species was Ginkgo biloba 95%, Salix purpurea 35% and Alnus tinctoria 29% ,respectively. New feasible clonal breeding methods were offered to further quicken the pace of breeding of improved varieties of greening tree species and reduce the cost of seedling cultivation |
