抗生素对非洲菊切花衰老的影响

目的]为非洲菊切花保鲜技术的应用提供理论依据。方法]以Terramor品种为供试材料,通过对非洲菊寿命、观赏品质、水分平衡值、鲜重变化率、花瓣质膜相对透性等指标的观测,探讨了链霉素和四环素对非洲菊切花保鲜效果的影响。结果]2种保鲜剂都能在一定程度上增加切花鲜重,增大花径,改善水分平衡;抑制POD活性的降低;延缓蛋白质的降解;增加SOD活性,延缓细胞膜透性和MDA含量的上升,延长瓶插寿命。结论]含抗生素的保鲜剂能延长非洲菊切花的瓶插寿命,是一种简单易行的保鲜剂。

Effects of Antibiotics on the Senescence of Gerbera jamesonii Cut Flowers

Objective] The aim of the study is to provide the theoretical basis for applying the fresh-keeping technology of Gerbera jamesonii cut flowers.Method] With Terramor cultivar as test materials,the effects of streptomycin and tetracycline on the fresh-keeping effect of G.jamesonii cut flowers were discussed on the basis of the observation on such indices as the life,the ornamental quality,water balance value,the change rate of fresh weight and the relative permeability of petal plasma membrane.Result] Both of the antistaling agents could increase the fresh weight and flower diameter of cut flowers,improve water balance,inhibit the decrease of POD activity,delay the degradation of protein,increase the activity of SOD,delay the increase of cell membrane permeability and MDA content and prolong the vase life to some extent.Conclusion] Antistaling agents containing antibiotics could prolong the vase life of G.jamesonii cut flowers.They are a kind of simple and feasible antistaling agents.
