橡胶死皮树胶乳中 Hev b3 的研究

摘    要:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量测定了RRIM600正常树与死皮树胶乳中小粒子蛋白Hev b3的含量差异。研究结果表明,死皮树C-乳清中的Hev b3含量显著高于正常树,但在全胶乳中的整体水平含量(用总固形物含量较正后)与正常树则无显著性差异,亦即死皮病实际上不能显著增加诱导该蛋白质的生物合成。因此,基以Hev b3作为死皮病发生初期的直接标志蛋白,则不能反映死皮病的真正本质。

Abstract:ELISA analysis was employed to detect protein difference between normal and dryness trees of Clone RRIM600. Results showed that Hev b3 level in C-serum of dry ness trees was higher than that of the normal trees, but no significant difference was found as assayed in the whole latex. There was no significant biologic synthesis of this protein that might be directly induced by the development of TPD.
