摘    要:研究了供体植株栽培季节和栽培方式对黄瓜未受精子房离体培养的影响,结果表明,单倍体胚胎发生率和植株再生率在温度相对较高的6月下旬、7月上旬以及9月份明显高于其他季节;生长发育前期的供体植株单倍体再生率相对较高且稳定;随着供体植株逐渐衰老,其未受精子房培养的污染率不断上升;种植于塑料大棚内的供体材料比种植在露地中的供体材料具有更高的单倍体胚胎发生率和成苗率。

Abstract:Effects of donor plant growing seasons and cultivation ways on cucumber unfertilized ovary culture were investigated.The results indicated that the rate of haploid embryo formation and plant regeneration were higher in warmer seasons of late June,early July and September.Donor plants in early growing stages have a higher haploid plant regeneration rate.As donor plants grew older,contamination rate increased dramatically.Plants grew in plastic tunnel have a higher rate of embryo formation and plant regeneration,but a lower contamination rate.
