不同抗生素组合对哺乳仔猪内分泌的调控作用及血液生化指标的影响

目的]研究饲料中添加不同抗生素组合对哺乳仔猪血液生化指标的影响,并了解其促生长机理。方法]联合使用2种或2种以上的抗菌药物,研究不同抗生素组合对哺乳仔猪的内分泌指标及血液生化指标的影响。结果]在5种抗生素组合中,土霉素+黄霉素组内源激素(生长激素(GH)、胰岛素(IGF)、甲状腺激素T3)水平显著提高(P0.05),从而促进肌肉蛋白沉积,并具有显著降低血液中尿素氮(BUN)含量和提高血糖(BG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)水平的作用(P0.05)。结论]抗生素对仔猪具有增加养分沉积、促进养分合成和抑制养分分解的作用。抗生素能促进机体与生长有关的内分泌激素的分泌,是其促生长的原因。

Regulation of Different Combinations of Antibiotics on Endocrine Indices of Suckling Piglets and Their Effects on Blood Biochemical Indices of Suckling Piglets

Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of adding different combinations of antibiotics in the feed on the blood biochemical indices of sucking piglets and understand its growth-promoting mechanism.Method]The combinations of two kinds of antibiotics or more than two kinds of antibiotics were used to study the effects of different combinations of antibiotics on the endocrine indices and blood biochemical indices of suckling piglets.Result] Among five kinds of antibiotic combinations,the levels of endogenous hormones （growth hormone,insulin,T3） were significantly improved in oxytetracycline ＋ flavomycin group （P ＜ 0.05）,which promoted the deposition of muscle protein.And the content of BUN in the blood in oxytetracycline ＋ flavomycin group Was significantly decreased and the levels of BG,TC,TG,GPT and GOT were increased in oxytetracycline ＋ flavomycin group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion] Antibiotics could enhance the deposition of nutrients,promote the synthesis of nutrients and inhibit the degradation of nutrients.Antibiotics could promote the secretion of endocrine hormones that were related with the growth,which was the cause of its growth-promoting mechanism.
